Return & Refund Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged item, we’re here to make it right.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for products that arrive damaged. To be eligible, you must send a clear unboxing video taken while opening the package, clearly showing the damage.

Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order. Any request without an unboxing video or made after this time may not be accepted.

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at support@talesofthreads.com with your Order ID, a description of the issue, and the unboxing video. Our support team will verify and respond within 2 business days.

If approved, we will arrange for pickup of the product and send a replacement or issue a refund. Refunds typically take 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items without an unboxing video
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Customized or final sale items
